My family and I were moving out of state so I had to sell my house. I kept postponing this because I thought it would be very difficult and drainning process but it wasn't! I received some agent referrals from upnest and became overwhelmed. There were so many agents, all seemed good. But Rebecca stood up. She sent a personalized material through my mail and I decided to contact her. After this initial conversation, everything was super smooth. She recommended some minor repairs. After that, she evaluated the selling price based on the neighborhood etc. In the beggining I thought the house was a bit overpriced but, I trusted her. The house went to the market. There was an open house and my neighbour even commented that there were so many people, he couldn't believe it. After this, we got great offers. The house was on market for 3 days and we got what we asked for, so Rebecca was right. I am very glad I found her, or maybe she found me! She is the best! I recommend her 100000 times. She is also very caring and responds to texts very very fast. She is a gem!
